Primary Membership
Thank you for your interest for an designated realtor membership application. Please complete the application and submit it with payment to the Pagosa Springs Area Association of REALTORS® (PSAAR) office. Your membership entitles you to a number of benefits that present your company to the REALTOR® members of PSAAR including: membership rosters, sponsorship opportunities and participation in membership-only events such as luncheons and our Annual Installation.
Applicants for REALTOR® or Broker Associate membership will be granted provisional membership immediately upon submission of a completed application form and remittance of applicable association dues and application fee. Provisional membership is granted subject to subsequent review of the application by the Board of Directors. If qualifications are not met, membership at the discretion of the Board of Directors, may be terminated. Payment will be returned if membership is not accepted.

Primary Membership Fees

Requirements for Primary Membership are:
- Your Broker of Record must belong to the Board you select as your Primary Board (unless you are the broker). If they hold a primary membership elsewhere outside of Colorado, then they must join as a secondary member.
- You must hold an active Colorado Real Estate License and be in good standing if you are transferring from another board office.
- Complete no less than 2.5 hours of ethics training and PSAAR’s New Member Orientation training within 6 months of joining the association. If you are an existing member transferring from another board within the state, you may provide proof that you have already completed this training. If you are an existing member transferring from a board out of state, you may provide proof that you have taken the ethics course but are still subject to the new member orientation.
Secondary Membership
PSAAR Secondary Membership ApplicationRequirements for Secondary Membership are:
- Your Broker of Record must belong to the Board you select as your Primary Board (unless you are the broker). If they hold a primary membership elsewhere then they must join as a secondary member.
- You must hold an active Colorado Real Estate License that is in good standing.
- You must be a current member in good standing of another Board/Association of REALTORS®.
- If you are a primary member of a Colorado board you may provide PSAAR with proof that you have completed no less than 2.5 hrs of Ethics training. If you are a primary member of a board outside of Colorado you may provide us with proof of your Ethics training, however, you may be required to attend the PSAAR New Member Orientation training.
