PSAAR is required to track that member REALTORS' ethics courses are up to date. The NAR Code of Ethics Training is required to be completed once within the three-year compliance cycle. The current compliance cycle is January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2024.
The other mandatory course is the Annual Commissions Update course. All REALTORS are required to take this EVERY YEAR. More Information below.
NAR Code of Ethics Training
NAR’s Board of Directors approved a change to the Code of Ethics training requirement, extending it from every two years to every three years. This extends the current cycle deadline from March 1, 2022, to Dec. 31, 2024.
REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time. The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS®

The Annual Commissions Update (ACU) Class (formerly known as CREC Update Class)
Offered by PSAAR in-person and via Zoom (Typically in January and December)
All REALTORS® are required to take this course EVERY YEAR. The commission, also known as the Division of Regulatory Agencies (DORA), will make available an updated version of this class every January. PSAAR will schedule an Annual Commissions Update class twice a year, in January and December, to help ensure that REALTORS® meet this requirement before their license expires. However, timing still might not work out for some of you, in which case your other option is to take it online through any of our discounted education providers.
